Nicholas & I met just after high school. After 8 years of dating he finally popped the question and 11 years later we were married. Our wedding day was perfect weather and a night filled with laughter and dancing.

I found my dream dress at Jenny & Gerry’s who then added lining and custom sleeves to make it perfect. Over multiple appointments they were always so kind and gracious into helping me make my vision come to life. My dress was exactly what I had always dreamed of.

Mick & I have been together the past 3.5 years and from the moment we met we’ve tried to make the most of our time. Meaning we moved in together after 2 months of dating and got married within 6 months of getting engaged.

We chose to get married on my parents property, located in the paddock. The same place my parents got married. It truly was a very special moment.

Jenny & Gerry’s was my first dress appointment and my dress was actually the first one I ever tried on. I was in love the moment I put it on. The girls made it super easy and such an easy decision!

Akitowa and I were together for 8 years before we got engaged. We’ve now been married for nearly 3 months and we are loving every second of it! Our wedding day was so special and we wish we could go back and relive it again.

It’s been a few months since my wedding at Mount Lofty House on the 18th of April, but I just wanted to let you know how much I loved my wedding dress. I wore Stella York style number 6786, and truly loved it. I also wanted to thank everyone I worked with who helped ensure the dress was the perfect fit. I was really impressed with the quality of the service.

I bought my beautiful dress from you… it’s a beautiful Christina Rossi dress, first one to try it on in store… I felt pretty lucky too. The lovely Maria, helped me pick my dress and the wonderful Tia, altered it for me.

Kirubel and I met in high school and had been dating for 6 years before getting married. He proposed to me by creating a montage of our lives together and putting it on the big screen at the cinema.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect in every way, with my favourite parts being seeing Kirubel for the first time looking incredible as I walked down the isle and then also surprising him and our families by saying my vows to him in Amharic (his family’s language- Ethiopian).

Jenny and Gerry’s Bridal Centre was the perfect location for us to find not only a wedding dress, but also hire suits for the groom and groomsmen, bridesmaid dresses, order ties and pocket squares to match the colour of the bridesmaid dresses and also find jewellery and a hair piece. It was so convenient to have everything in one location and the staff are so lovely and helpful.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices and help us choose accessories to match. Giftables was also great to buy dressing gowns for the flower girls. I could relax knowing that once I’d chosen a dress, it would be stored and alterations made in store, and the dressmaker made every effort to make sure the dress fitted perfectly and helped us practice tying up the bustle.

Jenny and Gerry’s helped make wedding dress shopping an enjoyable and very special and memorable experience.

Words can’t explain how truly grateful and blown away I am by the entire experience of selecting and personalising my wedding gown! 

From the very beginning of the process, I had come into the store not having any idea about what dress I was after and was just happy to start the experience of trying gowns on! Within the first few minutes of my appointment, I was made to feel very comfortable and was fortunate enough to have the wonderful Jenny show me a dress she thought would be the one for me! I tried it on and instantly fell in love with it! After many months passing after that (and a rescheduled wedding date due to the COVID-19 pandemic) that didn’t alter the excitement I had to wear my dress! I was lucky enough to have the beautiful Tia help to make my dress even more personalised to ensure that it fit perfectly and to also design and create detachable sleeves on my dress! 

The whole process from start to finish was just perfect, and I felt so supported and appreciated by the whole team. Everyone (especially Jenny) went above and beyond to make sure that every single detail on my dress was perfect, and for that I am eternally grateful!

I don’t think I have ever received SO many compliments in my life until I wore my dress- everyone was so blown away by just how beautiful it was and I couldn’t be happier to have my dream dress created!
